Philadelphia guitar slinger Chris Forsyth & Brooklyn experimental musician Koen Holtkamp are no strangers to making music together - the duo previously joined forces on the 2012 album "Early Astral" for Blackest Rainbow. "The Island" is their latest effort & their first for Trouble In Mind. Holtkamp divides his time between solo albums in the experimental duo Mountains & Forsyth bends his six-strings in The Solar Motel Band in addition to being a founding member of Peeesseye and making noise with a diverse range of artists, including singer/songwriter Meg Baird and trumpeter Nate Wooley.
